3 of Article II applies upon the convening of the first Regular                
session of the Twenty-Second Alaska State Legislature and                      
thereafter.  Regular sessions served in the legislature before the             
convening of the First Regular Session of the Twenty-Second                    
Alaska State Legislature apply for purposes of calculating the
